About Nutrition Therapy


Nutrition is a natural, safe and essential component to a client’s clinical intake. It is based on the latest research breakthroughs in Western science and incorporates nutritional medicine for optimal health. Few therapists, however, have any nutritional training, and many don’t know where to start. Where there is mental or mood difficulties there is frequently a history of digestive and nutritional problems. It’s not unusual for a deficit or excess of certain nutrients to disguise itself as a mood disorder, indeed, nutritional deficiencies factor into most self-defeating behaviours and moods, all of which can be improved by nutritional changes.
